This total renovation of a 5th and 6th level gulf front penthouse built in 1966 included taking the construction down to the studs and relocating the interior walls to a design that takes advantage of the panoramic gulf front view.

The total down to the studs renovation included a new kitchen, family room, guest suites and master suite.  New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were installed along with all new exterior door and window hurricane resistant fenestration systems.  Reorganization of the master suite terraces added significant square footage to the master suite while improving the gulf views. New contemporary finishes were used throughout.  What was old and disorganized is now new and organized.
